Every 2nd Saturday we prepare a hot meal for at least 150 people who are unable to do so for themselves. With the preparaion of this meal we call on those who love to cook, have a good listening ear, do not mind getting their hands dirty, and loves to meet new people!

Personal Evangelism
It is our responsibility to carry the torch of the Gospel into the next generation. That must be done by getting out and making contact with those who have yet to hear the story. At least once a quarter our goal is to connect with our community through a survey that will lead to a Bible study. This method has proven successful for us in the past. And since the study is available in packet form anyone, with enough practice, can do it! This is the responsibility of every Christian to spread the Gospel to ALL!

Nursing Home Singing
Do you love to sing? Do you love to converse with your elders? Come along with the Avenue G Chorus and others to sing to nursing homes in the Temple/Belton area! It is organiized by Bro. & Sis. Rowe and it happens every 4th Saturday.

Song Group
The song group for the Avenue G Church of Christ is another ministry opportunity for those who love to sing. Sis. Debbie Woodard and Bro. Joshua Williams provide the opportunity for this group to sing at nursing homes, concerts, and sick & shut in visits.

Youth Ministry
Our youth group led by Bro. & Sis. Williams aims to live out the People of More motto with the youth. Our youth participate in Lads to Leaders to better equip them to be the church of today and tomorrow. There are youth devotionals every second Saturday. In addition to that we have Bible classes on both Sundays and Wednesdays!

7 After 7 Podcast
Check out the show put on by our very own minister Bro. Christopher Wayne Stephens and Bro. Joshua Williams. On each show they choose seven random topics and discuss them just as randomly as chosen! It can best be described as holy rambling but there are some nice nuggets of wisdom found in there as well. Check out the audio and video versions by clicking the buttons to the right!
